Healthcare

Sierra Leone’s healthcare system faces chronic shortages of trained staff, equipment, and medicine. A stronger healthcare foundation is essential to ensure citizens live longer, healthier, and more productive lives.

Energy & Hydropower

Unreliable electricity supply cripples businesses, hospitals, and homes. Sierra Leone has the natural resources to generate significant hydropower, yet this potential remains largely untapped. Investing in hydropower and renewable energy will provide consistent electricity, reduce dependence on expensive imports, and open the doors for industrial growth.

Education

Many children lack access to quality schools, especially in rural areas. Overcrowded classrooms, underpaid teachers, and weak vocational training limit opportunities for the next generation. Reforming education is central to preparing Sierra Leone’s youth for a modern economy.

Infrastructure (Roads, Sewage, Housing)

Women and FGM

Women still face inequality in access to opportunities and leadership roles. Harmful practices like female genital mutilation (FGM) threaten the health and dignity of young girls. Protecting women’s rights and empowering them is critical to national progress.

Children’s Issues

Children are the most vulnerable citizens, yet too many face child labor, lack of education, and unsafe conditions. Protecting and investing in children is a moral duty and the key to a brighter future for Sierra Leone.

African American Partnership

Sierra Leone shares deep cultural and historical bonds with African Americans. Strengthening economic, cultural, and political ties with this community will bring investment, innovation, and Pan-African solidarity that benefits both sides of the Atlantic.
